I have to write a theme analysis of this story. my theme is that individuals adhere to tradition even though they could bring to themselves or others. I have chosen setting, symbolism and character for my support paragraphs. My question is ought to i focus on the old traditions vs. new techniques? Also, I nreally require suggestions for the character. I have examples such as names (warner, adams, delacroix) old man warner himself signifying the tradtions, and mr. adams getting the attempts to move forward. What else need to I include? Also, what does the 3 legged stool represent, and the pyramid of stones?
i have read the story 4 times, and carried out investigation. I just do not realize some of the symbols.
